Multiple Updates, dependent on each other

I am trying to deploy some custom updates but they are dependent on other updates eg .NET framework etc.

Is it possible to group the updates together so that when you install the update it displays all 3 updates and installs them in the correct order or do I have to install 1 update, then once installed, scan for updates, install the 2nd update, scan for updates, install the 3rd update etc?

Thanks

You can use Custom Updates, there you can execute some executables in order what you want. Here you find the documentation for custom updates. http://www.codeplex.com/Download?ProjectName=WsusPackagePublisher&DownloadId=752590

Thanks for this. I will give it a go and see how it works out.

Unfortunatly it's not possible to define dependencies across multiple products. So you can put all into one product category and then define pre-requisites. Maybe a future Version will have this Feature. (try opening a new issue as Feature request).
