Hi badwurzach,
The rule should target the file, not the folder.
Revise the update and put into 'File Path' field :

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\ mms.cfg

Hi DCourtel,
hmpf... i'm blind today. Thank you!
Other question to this title: If i open a rule with double click the correct date and time is shown. if i click on "Cancel" the program set a wrong date/time.

When you edit a rule, time is shown as Local Time. When closing the window, the Time is convert to UTC time. This is what you saw in the main window (XML string). That's what to be send to the Wsus Server. Wsus Server think only with UTC time.

You have right, the clone method for "Modified Date" rule doesn't set the the Hour, minute and second Properties, So these properties are set by default (00h00m00s) which lead to always show 22h00:00 for our country.
I have sent you by mail the correction.
